1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your Ringscale QR purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
2. Before Dispatch
If your QR standee has not been dispatched yet, you may request a full refund. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to process your cancellation.
3. After Dispatch but Before Delivery
If your order has been dispatched but not yet delivered, you may request a refund minus shipping charges. The product must be returned to us upon delivery.
4. After Delivery
Refund requests after delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The following conditions apply:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned at customer's expense
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital services already activated (dashboard access, AI features)
- Customized QR codes already generated
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team via email or phone
- Provide your order ID and reason for refund
- Wait for our team to review your request (1-2 business days)
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Bank processing times may vary.
