Ringscale QR provides QR code-based solutions for businesses to collect customer reviews. Our service includes QR standees, NFC cards, AI-powered review suggestions, and dashboard access.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
- Not use the service for generating fake or manipulated reviews
- Comply with Google's review policies and guidelines
4. Review Collection Policy
Ringscale QR is designed for honest review collection. Customers always control their final star rating and review text. Our service does not auto-post reviews on behalf of customers. AI suggestions are editable templates that customers can modify or ignore entirely.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST. Once a subscription is activated, the terms of the refund policy apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Ringscale QR service are owned by CONNECTit and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
CONNECTit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
